Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)

The BDS program at Ahmedabad Dental College is a comprehensive undergraduate course in dentistry spanning 4 academic years, followed by a 1-year compulsory rotating internship. The program offers 100 seats annually and is designed to build a strong foundation in both basic medical sciences and clinical dentistry.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Academic Qualification: Must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB).
  • Minimum Marks:
    • Unreserved: 50%
    • Reserved (including PWD of reserved): 40%
  • Entrance Exam: Must qualify NEET-UG with the respective year’s cutoff.
  • Age Limit:
    • Minimum: 17 years as of December 31 of the admission year.
    • Maximum: 25 years as of May 7 of the admission year.
