1. The Student undertakes that he/she shall pursue the BDS/MDS course for the full period of five/three years and shall not discontinue the course midway under any circumstances.
2. In the event the Student resigns, abandons, or discontinues the course before completion, the Student shall be liable to pay the entire tuition fees for all three years of the course, irrespective of the duration for which he/she has studied.
3. The College shall have the right to recover such fees from the Student and/or his/her parents/guardians as legal debt, enforceable under applicable laws.
4. The Student agrees that in case of discontinuation or non-payment of fees, the College shall withhold all original certificates and documents submitted at the time of admission until the full fees for all five/three years are paid in full.
5. The Student further undertakes to abide by all rules, regulations, and disciplinary requirements of the College during the course of study.
6. Students utilizing hostel or transportation services are required to remit the full annual fees at the commencement of the term without that no allocation will be done. Continued access to these services for subsequent years necessitates fee payment 15 days prior to the due date; failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of these privileges.
7. All intellectual property rights pertaining to research endeavours, including patents and publications, shall be vested in Ahmedabad Dental College & Hospital.
8. Delay in fee payment will be charged penalty 18%.
